Step-by-Step: Using a Walker (Weight Bearing)

Choose a preferred language

Place both hands on either side of the walker. Lift it up and forward until it lands about one foot in front of you. Step one foot between the walker. Step your other foot between the walker. Continue steps one through three continuously to keep moving forward.
