In May 2024, Ignite Healthwise LLC purchased the assets, including content, products, technology, and trademarks, of Healthwise Incorporated. Ignite Healthwise LLC will take on Healthwise client contracts as part of the transaction. This transfer of assets extends the Healthwise mission of helping people make better health decisions in new ways with greater impact and reach across broader consumer engagement platforms.
