  1. Párese derecho. Mantenga los brazos extendidos hacia abajo, al costado del cuerpo.

  2. Doble una pierna a la altura de la rodilla para levantar el pie detrás de usted. Manténgase de pie y en equilibrio con el otro pie. Mantenga la posición durante 15 segundos o según le hayan indicado.
