Una vez que recobre el control muscular, tendrá que desarrollar su fuerza. Esto ayuda a que pueda apoyar todo su peso en la pierna. Para obtener los mejores resultados, haga ejercicios de calentamiento y estiramiento antes de comenzar. Si se lesionó hace poco, espere hasta que la hinchazón y el dolor disminuyan antes de hacer este ejercicio.

  • Párese con la espalda recta. Con una o las dos manos, agárrese de algo sólido como una silla fuerte, una baranda, un mostrador o una mesa.

  • Póngase de puntillas, luego baje los talones al piso.

  • Repita esto como mínimo  10 veces. Hágalo unas  dos o tres veces por día.
