Este ejercicio está explicado para la muñeca derecha. Cambie los lados para realizar el ejercicio con la muñeca izquierda.

  1. Párese derecho. Sostenga una mancuerna con la mano derecha. Su proveedor de atención médica le dirá qué tamaño de mancuerna debe usar.

  2. Mantenga el brazo extendido hacia abajo, al costado del cuerpo. Doble la muñeca hacia atrás para levantar la mancuerna. No mueva el brazo; solo la muñeca.

  3. Mantenga la posición durante cinco segundos. Baje lentamente la mano hasta la posición inicial.

  4. Repita el ejercicio entre 5 y 10 veces, o según le indiquen.
