  1. Siéntese en una silla de costado, junto a una mesa. Coloque el brazo derecho sobre la mesa, apuntando hacia adelante.

  2. Inclínese lentamente hacia adelante. Deslice el brazo hacia adelante sobre la mesa. Sienta el estiramiento en su hombro derecho.

  3. Mantenga esta posición durante 5 segundos. Regrese lentamente hasta volver a quedar erguido.

  4. Haga 5 repeticiones.

  5. Cambie de lado y repita, según lo indicado.

  6. Haga este ejercicio tres veces por día o según le hayan indicado.
