Mentón hacia atrás (postura y fuerza)

Choose a preferred language
  1. Siéntese en una silla, apoyando los pies en el piso, o quédese de pie. Relaje los hombros.

  2. Mire al frente. Suavemente, deslice el mentón en forma recta hacia atrás. Es un movimiento pequeño. No incline la cabeza hacia arriba ni hacia abajo, ni incline el cuello hacia adelante.

  3. Mantenga la posición durante cinco segundos. Luego relájese.

  4. Repita esto cinco veces.
