  1. Siéntese en una silla con ambos pies apoyados planos en el piso. Presione con la base de los dedos del pie izquierdo, pero solo con el lado derecho del pie, justo debajo del dedo gordo.

  2. Luego, haga presión con la parte inferior de su dedo gordo hacia atrás, hacia el talón. Debería sentir que se levanta el arco del pie. No flexione los dedos del pie mientras hace este ejercicio. Es un movimiento sutil del arco.

  3. Sostenga la posición cinco segundos. Relájese.
