Dorsiflexión de tobillo (fuerza)

Un pie con banda elástica atada alrededor del antepié hace un ejercicio de dorsiflexión del tobillo.

Los pasos a continuación son para el tobillo derecho. Cambie de lado para realizar el ejercicio con el tobillo izquierdo.

  1. Ate una banda elástica o un tubo de goma para ejercicios a la parte inferior de una mesa. Amarre el otro extremo al pie derecho.

  2. Siéntese en el piso con la pierna derecha extendida. Siéntese alejado de la mesa de modo tal que la banda elástica o el tubo de goma queden tensos entre su pie y la pata de la mesa.

  3. Lentamente flexione el pie derecho hacia arriba y traiga los dedos del pie hacia usted. Luego, vuelva despacio a la posición inicial. La pierna derecha debe permanecer recta.

  4. Relaje el pie.

  5. Repita este ejercicio diez veces.
